I. Regulations on Receiving Feedback and Recommendations on Administrative Regulations

1. Feedback and recommendations regarding administrative regulations under the management authority of the Consulate General:

• Specific difficulties in implementing administrative regulations due to delays, harassment, failure to perform, or improper implementation of administrative procedures;
• Inconsistencies of administrative regulations with practical circumstances;
• Lack of publicity and transparency regarding administrative procedure information;
• Other issues related to administrative regulations.

2. Requirements for feedback and recommendations:

• Must be written in Vietnamese or English. If individuals or organizations submit feedback or recommendations in other languages, a Vietnamese or English translation must be attached;
• Clearly state the content of the feedback or recommendation regarding administrative regulations and attach supporting documents (if any);
• Provide full name, address, telephone number (or email address), and other necessary information of the individual or organization submitting the feedback or recommendation.

3. Methods of submission:

• In writing;
• By email;
• By telephone;
• In person at the Consulate General’s office.
